I’m pooped. I feel flushed from the journey home. Tiring day today which seems like a blur to me, it’s skidded by so fast… If it isn’t obvious these are toilet gags yet – I feel like sh*t.
The lecture and seminar weren’t quick, but neither were they actually boring. I just couldn’t seem to concentrate on what was going on around me. Day-dreaming while looking out of the window is not what I go to uni for. I tried to write, but my hand felt heavy and lazy. It was like slurred speech of the hand.
Getting here way too early (an hour) may have had something to do with it, but I thought a strong cup of coffee (with three sugars!) would sort that problem out. I was wrong. It was like drinking warm milk before going to bed. Note to self: add milk next time *shudders*. Did have some perks though. Free strip show before lecture from 2 people
, and not even midday! I feel sorry for their pets though
.
I don’t remember much of the seminar. Was I spouting sh*t or something? No-one was registering what I was saying… unless… I was actually speaking and not day-dreaming wasn’t I? And doodling doesn’t count as day-dreaming, I was taking everything in… Like outbursts from “V”, not on the scale of “VIKING!”, but pretty close, and very frequent (lqtm).
My head feels cloudy, my eyes are droopy and I’m still not done “learning” for the day. Oh goody.
ha! Nice embedded puns!

Give in to the nap!
Thanks extrapreneur.
And I couldn’t leafprobably, I’m a quitter so missing a class for tiredness would mean missing the rest of the year too. Plus this was yesterday, and it turned out to be quite enjoyable anyway.
Oh, didn’t mean leave the class, I nap all the time in lectures. Theres an art to it. Prop your head up on your hand and rest your pen like you’re writing on the paper. Now tilt your head towrds the paper and close your eyes .
It looks like you’re reading over your notes, not sleeping… unless you snore or drool.
Hehe, that is an art. Unfortunately snoring is an occasional occurrence, and I also laugh when others sleep in lectures…
I might try “resting my eyes” this way though.
